AOCACB26R0058, Mechanical/ HVAC IDIQ; Architect of the Capitol Project Overview The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Washington, DC, hereby notifies all interested offerors of its intent to issue a solicitation for a Single-Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for construction projects.
Projects will include repair, alterations, and renovation services, with major work in Mechanical/HVAC, in support of the Capitol Complex facilities management.
This SATOC IDIQ will have an estimated ceiling of $250,000,000 and one (1) base year with nine (9), one year optional ordering periods.
The individual task orders will be negotiated and awarded as Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).
This solicitation will be issued in two (2) steps.
Step One of this solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or around late September 2026.
Step Two of this solicitation is scheduled to be issued on/around November/December 2026.
Additional details will be provided with issuance of the solicitation for Step One.
The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.
