***Please see attached Solicitation 75D30126Q79281 for full instructions and details*** Subject: Installation, Configuration, Software Upgrade, Preventive Maintenance, and Repair Services for the Government-Owned Sci-Print VXL/VXQ Automated Tube Labeling System Section A – Description The provision at FAR RFO 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and is supplemented as follows: A.1 Submission of Quote The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the onsite installation, component integration, software configuration, operational verification, preventive maintenance, and corrective repair services for the Government-owned Scinomix Sci-Print VXL/VXQ Automated Tube Labeling System in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
The Offeror shall submit a signed quotation via email containing, at a minimum: A completed pricing schedule encompassing all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for the Base Period and all Option Periods.
Completed representations, and certifications if not current in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov.
If the Offeror is not Scinomix, Inc., documentation conclusively demonstrating that the Offeror is an authorized Scinomix service provider with direct access to proprietary OEM software, firmware, factory parts, and certified service technicians.
Written confirmation and technical narrative demonstrating capability to perform the relocation setup, integration of existing legacy hardware (Universal Robotic Gripper Arm and barcode scanner), and lifecycle maintenance in accordance with the SOW specifications and performance schedules.
